Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and proactive Team Leaders to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient workflow at our car wash and truck wash facilities. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key player in upholding our quality standards while fostering a positive and collaborative environment for all team members. The goal of this position is to lead teams rotating through shifts, ensuring everyone performs at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding service to our customers, setting the standard for team interactions.

Workflow Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service, optimizing team efficiency during each shift.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service and presentation, ensuring that both the car wash and truck wash meet company expectations.
