Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Shift Manager to ensure that our car wash operates smoothly and efficiently during every shift. In this dynamic role, you’ll be a key player in managing the scheduling and staffing of our team, ensuring that high operational standards and an inviting environment for both customers and staff are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Management: Oversee the daily operations during your shift, ensuring sufficient staffing to meet customer demand and operational efficiency.

• Staff Coordination: Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring that breaks and shift changes go seamlessly without disrupting service quality.

• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members during shifts, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
