Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates/Greeters to join our car wash team. In this vibrant role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring they have a delightful experience from start to finish.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet all customers with a friendly smile and assist them in selecting the appropriate car wash services to meet their needs.

• Service Promotion: Educate customers about available packages and upsell additional services to maximize their satisfaction and value.

• Transaction Management: Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth payment process.

• Facility Presentation: Maintain a clean and pleasant entrance area to give every customer a positive first impression of our facilities.

• Proven experience in customer service or retail.

• Strong communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
