Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the seamless running of our car wash facility. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key leader ensuring top-notch operational standards while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Operations: Manage daily operations of the car & truck wash, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Equipment Oversight: Coordinate regular maintenance checks and repairs of car wash and detailing equipment to minimize downtime.

• Safety Management: Implement and oversee safety protocols to provide a secure environment for both employees and customers.

• Customer Service: Foster an exceptional service culture, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
