Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our car wash and truck wash. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key player ensuring high operational standards while maintaining a safe and inviting environment for both customers and staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Operations: Oversee and manage daily operations for both the car wash and truck wash facilities, ensuring all equipment is functioning efficiently.

• Equipment Management: Coordinate regular maintenance checks and repairs for detailing services and polisher machines to prevent downtime.

• Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a risk-free environment for employees and customers.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with a hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for customer care.
