Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Car Wash Assistant Manager to support the operations of our car wash. In this dynamic role, you’ll assist in ensuring high operational standards while maintaining a safe and inviting environment for both customers and staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in Maintenance & Operations: Assist in overseeing and managing daily operations for the car wash facilities, ensuring all equipment is functioning efficiently.

• Equipment Management: Help coordinate regular maintenance checks and repairs for detailing services and polisher machines to prevent downtime.

• Safety Compliance: Assist in implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure a risk-free environment for employees and customers.

• Quality Control: Aid in supervising detail services and ensuring that polisher machine add-ons meet company standards.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an assistant management or supervisory role.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with a hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for customer care.
